Customization & Ordering Process
Q: How does the personalization process work?
A: You choose your music box style, select a tune from our library of 50+ songs, you may also choose a scenery/design setting as option, and add your engraved message. Our team then hand-assembles and finishes the piece before shipping.
Q: How to submit the engraving text?
A: At each of the product page, there will be a textbox to enter the desired engraving text. If you have special request or picture or logo, you may check with us by connecting to us through WhatsApp or Email.
Q: Can I request a custom tune not on your list?
A: At this time, we're unable to create fully custom music compositions. If you've heard a tune used in another music box before, let us know and we'll try to source it for you.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Standard production takes 3–4 business days, plus 2–3 days shipping within Malaysia. We currently don't offer rush production, as quality control on the final piece may be affected.
Q: Can I see a preview before it's made?
A: For music boxes with a custom-chosen figurine (not from a set), we can share a preview before production. Engraving text mockups are also available on request. Once your order is completed, we'll send photos via WhatsApp or email before shipping.

Q: What music mechanism do you use?
A: All our music boxes use genuine 18-note music mechanisms by Sankyo, a trusted Japanese manufacturer known for clear, durable sound quality. Unless stated otherwise for another brand, eg: YS (A China brand but music quality is on par with Sankyo)
Q: What's the difference between an 18-note and other note-count mechanisms?
A: The note count determines how much melodic detail the mechanism can reproduce — 18-note mechanisms are the most common for personal gift music boxes, offering a full, clear rendition of most popular tunes in a compact size. One full cycle of an 18-note barrel plays for about 13–15 seconds, depending on winding speed.
Q: Can I buy just the music box mechanism, without the box?
A: Yes — we supply Sankyo or other brands music mechanisms on their own for makers, DIY builders, and businesses who want to add a music element to their own products.
Q: How many tunes can I choose from?
A: For each music box is only able to fit one music mechanism. So, one music box can only have 1 music tune. We have over 50 tunes across genres — pop, classical, anime/Japanese, wedding, and more.
Materials & Craftsmanship
Q: What materials are your music boxes made from?
A: For the music box base or exterior are made from solid wood – ranging from Maple Wood, Walnut Wood, Rose Wood, Pine Wood and such, depending on which music box. For music mechanism components are largely from Steel and Brass.
Q: Are the designs hand-made?
A: Main components are ready made. Customization of scenery and paint as well as assembling are all done through hand manually.
Delivery & Shipping
Q: Do you ship outside Malaysia?
A: Yes, but at a controlled level. Please communicate with us before placing an order to ship outside Malaysia.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes, we offer free shipping to West and East Malaysia.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: This depends on the extent and type of damage. Reach out to us with photos and we'll work with you directly to make it right — repair, replacement, or as outlined in our Refund Policy

Q: What occasions are your music boxes good for?
A: Weddings, proposals, ROM, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, Valentine's, Christmas, and friendship/appreciation gifts.
Q: Can I add a personalized engraved message?
A: Yes, every music box can include a custom engraved message to make it unique to the recipient.
Care & Warranty
Q: How do I care for my music box mechanism?
A: To properly using the music box, please do not overturn the winding key. Max 3 turns will be sufficed. To keep it longer span, please turn the winding key and have the music tune to run occasionally. Do not disassemble the music mechanism out from the music box, as it is a very delicate with complex mechanics in it, wrong handling could result in damaging the components.
Q: Is there a warranty?
A: 30 days upon receiving the Music Box, if any issues on the music mechanism we will do a 1-to-1 replacement.
