Processing Time
Once an order is placed with confirmed payment, we will proceed with the making of the product in the next 24 hours. Depending on the complexity of the types of music box settings, on average it will take 3 - 4 days to complete, in which the parcel will be handed over to our delivery partner on the next business day.
Shipping Time
The parcel origin is in Malaysia, as such for local Malaysia the shipping timeframe will be:
West Malaysia / 1 - 3 business days
East Malaysia / 3 - 4 business days
For local Malaysia shipping, we are using EasyParcel / DHL eCommerce for their speed and reliability
International shipping
We are slowly opening up for more shipping destinations, please refer to the table below on the available countries and their cost and timeframe.

For international shipping, we are using DHL express for their speed and reliability handling

- Due to the requirement to check on the content of the parcel during custom clearance, as such there will not be any gift wrapping service given for all orders that require international shipping.
- Customs fees may be applied to your orders depending on the destination country and the value of the order as well as its tax-free threshold. If you’re asked to pay custom fees, you may be contacted by the shipping company.
