Refund policy

Cancellation

Once an order is placed with confirmed payment, we will proceed with the making of the product in the next 24 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number if you would like to cancel your order or you would like to make any changes to your order.

All moohako music boxes are made to order with personalization based on your request from design setting till message engravement, as such please understand that we are not able to accept cancellation once the making is in process.

Refunds

We accept for refunds or replacement only if the music boxes arrived in the defect conditions of:

• Damaged or with missing parts
• Wrong music box received
• Wrong music tune or *out of tune music box

Understand that sometimes the music box is ordered for a gift which the occasion may take place some time a month after the parcel had arrived. As such, we allow up to 30 days after the parcel is delivered in order to be eligible for any refund or replacement request.

Returns

As most of moohako products are made to order as per customer’s request, therefore please understand that we are not able to accept any return requests.
